We are glad to inform you that our internet banking platform has been transformed to suit your needs. The platform is more robust and promises a richer user experience. It boasts of delivering a plethora of services you can initiate and complete at the click of your mouse in the office, as you travel or in the comfort of your home.

The new application is built to function on multiple channels while providing same service and experience.

What’s new?

With the new Direct Banking application, you can:
Set up standing order instructions
Make loan repayments
Book a term deposit
Request for a new cheque book, bank draft, Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Card or send an instruction for the processing of Letters of Credit (LC)
And lots more...

What’s not changing?

We know you love to know the state of your transactions and monitor every credit or debit on your account. So the basic features are still available for you such as checking your account balances, viewing & printing your account statement, buying airtime recharge vouchers, making payments between your accounts in the bank and making third party payments within the bank and between local banks.
